About Your Spiritual Coach and Hypnotherapist

Laura Bonilla, C.Ht. is a Licensed Spiritual Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master/Teacher. She maintains a private practice with offices in Covina and in the Glendora/San Dimas area, California. She is a member of the American Hypnosis Association and of the Universal Gnostic Fellowship.

Laura's holistic approach includes a blend of Psychology, Spirituality, and Hypnotherapy. She believes that by bringing the Body, Mind, and Spirit into Oneness, one finds Peace and Harmony in life. She has studied metaphysics extensively and believes that every physical, mental, emotional issue comes from a Spiritual disconnect. It comes from forgetting our true nature, which is Beautiful and Abundant and Loving.

Laura's hypnotherapy credentials were obtained at the nationally accredited hypnosis college and clinic of hypnotherapy, HMI, in California, which requires over 700 hours of studies and clinical hours to graduate. She also holds a Certification in Advanced Scientific Hypnotherapy, specializing in Emotion Replacement Therapy ( ERT), Fears and Phobias removal methods, and Theta and Delta Physical, Instant and Rapid Inductions.

She studied Past Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, a well known psychiatrist and author of bestseller "Many Lives Many Masters". She is a graduate of the Silva Method of Mind Control. She has extensively studied the Bates method for improving the eyesight without eye glasses and its application with Hypnosis. She also studied Natural Child Birthing, under the Mongan method, HypnoBirthing®.

Laura also holds a Certification on DNA Theta II Healing. She has also studied and uses the "Emotional Freedom Technique" (EFT) process in her practice.

Laura holds a Certification as Third Degree Reiki Master/Teacher of the order of Usui Shiki Order. She combines Reiki with her own healing energy technique in every session to bring the body, mind, and Spirit into Oneness.

In using hypnotherapy in her practice, Laura believes that what she is really doing is "de-hypnotizing" you from what you are "not". You have been hypnotized by the environment, the upbringing, the media, into believing you are not good enough, not confident enough, not prosperous enough, not healthy enough. You have believed it and your mind has attracted it into your life. This is the Law of Attraction. Jesus and the Great Teachers have taught us for thousands of years that it is done unto us as we believe. Laura helps you change your belief patterns to bring all good abundance into your life.

Laura works with individuals and couples and her clients come from all type of backgrounds and from different parts of the country. Her clients come to her for every imaginable reason and she welcomes everyone. She conducts personal, one on one, or over-the-phone sessions. Laura also conducts private and group sessions. She teaches at the Learning Light Center in Anaheim, CA every month.

Laura provides sessions in English or Spanish. She is originally from Costa Rica and speaks and writes fluently in both languages. She has resided in the USA for 24 years.

In her spare time Laura volunteers as a Project Leader with L.A. Works, a non-profit organization that provides community services around the Los Angeles area. She also supports the local Animal Humane Society and the Sierra Club as ways to honoring our Mother Earth.
